Westminster Virtual Assistant

Overview

It is an app that uses a simple and intuitive UI to walk the applicant through the application process by providing step-by-step guidance.

At the end of the application process, the applicant will be able to submit all the signed documents to the Local Government Pension Scheme Office for processing.

Technical Implementation

The software is written using Javascript and PHP. The Front-end part is made using Angular framework and the Back-end part is made using a custom made internal PHP framework.

The Local Government Pension Scheme Office receives the signed documents via email in PDF format thus saving precious time that was spent assisting the applicants that used to go directly to the office to ask for guidance in filling the paper application form.
